Frequently Asked Questions

Honest answers about how SigForge works, what it covers and what it doesn't promise.

SigForge is an AI-powered market intelligence platform. A technical engine scans the markets, an AI layer validates each potential setup, and only approved setups are delivered to your dashboard as fully-defined trading signals.
A Pine Script engine on TradingView computes H4 and H1 technical snapshots (trend, momentum, volatility, structure) and relays them to our server via a signed webhook. DeepSeek AI then validates the snapshot against fresh macro context and strict trade geometry. Approved setups become signals; everything else is rejected as NO_TRADE. See How It Works for the full pipeline.
Currently seven FX pairs: EURUSD, GBPUSD, USDJPY, USDCHF, AUDUSD, USDCAD and EURJPY — analysed on the 4-hour and 1-hour timeframes. The watchlist is deliberately focused; we prioritise depth of analysis over breadth.
Every signal arrives complete: pair, direction, entry zone, stop-loss, take-profit, invalidation level, risk-to-reward ratio, AI confidence, written AI reasoning and a validity window with a live countdown.
By design. SigForge is fail-closed: stale data, invalid trade geometry, cooldowns or an uncertain AI all resolve to NO_TRADE. An empty state means the engine is scanning and refusing low-quality setups — not that something is broken.
Yes — during early access, accounts are completely free and include the full platform. Paid Pro and Desk plans are planned for the future; see the Pricing page.
No. SigForge provides market intelligence and signal information only. It does not execute trades, manage funds or connect to your broker. Every trading decision remains entirely yours.
No. SigForge provides information for educational purposes only and is not financial advice. Trading leveraged markets carries substantial risk of loss. Always do your own research and never trade money you cannot afford to lose.
